Hi, my name is Fiona.
In a world that constantly speeds ahead, I believe in the power of slow living, complemented by an adaptable and strong mind and body. These, I feel, guide us towards true balance, confidence, ease, and fulfillment in every stage of life.
With this philosophy, I am deeply passionate about introducing smart and safer movement in yoga. It’s not about chasing extreme flexibility or mastering a pose; it’s about a deeper anatomical understanding, fostering a strong core connection, and embracing better alignment. We celebrate building stability and strength, and as a result, we naturally gain enhanced mobility and adaptability.
Drawing inspiration from the LYT Yoga® methodology, my classes mirror the ethos of slow living: intentionally paced, mindful, and present. Every movement, every breath, is an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and the moment. I utilize props like blocks and chairs, ensuring yoga remains accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and together, we uncover the joy in movement, integrating it as a daily ritual.
Beyond the mat, it’s all about community and connection. Our yoga sessions in Malta are designed for small groups, allowing for genuine interactions and a close-knit bond among students. Naturally, every class leaves room for conversations, a cup of tea, fostering our collective journey towards a slow life, better movements and more mindfulness.
